DJ Richy (ERre) is a Puerto Rican DJ/Producer born in New York City.  He started his DJ career at the age of 15 in the Tribeca area of Manhattan, New York City.  He honed his skills as a DJ mixing club music from 1978-1985.  He was a regular at clubs such as The Paradise Garage and The Loft.  In 1985, he earned his degree in Electrical Engineering at the State University of Stony Brook in Stony Brook, NY.   After college he took a hiatus from the club scene tand focus on learning about upcoming underground  genres such as reggaeton, Moombahton and others. Those years helped him develop his style of producing.  He has produce for artists around the world.  He is head of artistic  operations and a partner at Sotto Voce Studios NYC.
